I purchased the well-known cryptkeeper miner from Lightspeed Hosting back in March 2021, shelling out $21k for it with the immersion option. They promised delivery in 4-8 weeks, but after a lot of effort and countless hours trying to get updates, I finally got my miner after nearly 4 months. To make matters worse, it arrived with the air cooling option instead of the immersion one, which I had paid an extra $6k for. As of now, I still haven't received the immersion cooling service I was promised.

They even warned me that if I shared my story on Trustpilot, my miner would be left without hosting, meaning I could lose my entire investment. Now that I've sold the miner, I feel it's important to share what I went through from March until now. It was a truly terrible experience, and being overseas made it impossible for me to get my money back or to make Lightspeed fulfill their promises.

If you're considering buying any miners from them, think twice—especially if you're not based in the US.

I was on the hunt for a colocation data center to set up my three miners, but the local options were quoting some pretty steep prices. I decided to give Lightspeed a shot, and I couldn't be happier. They’ve taken great care of my miners, and their customer support is top-notch. You really need solid support since miners can be finicky and often require restarts or troubleshooting. They even sent out a couple of techs to fix my miners, which got damaged during shipping by UPS, and they didn’t charge me a dime for it. I know it can be tough to trust a business you find online, but I did my homework—checked their incorporation docs and called the local county to confirm they’re legit. Everything checked out, and I’ve been a satisfied customer for the past three months.

This is the top-notch hosting service I've experienced in the last 4 years. They manage my 5 Ethereum miners running Ubuntu with Team Red Miner, which ain't the simplest setup. Their response time is 'lightspeed'—they take care of everything I need and offer exceptional customer support. My Ethloong miners had some overheating issues, and they quickly replaced the fans, reinstalled Ubuntu, restarted services, and even set up NoMachine for remote access. Whatever I asked for, they handled it. Big thanks to Travis, David, Joshua, and the whole crew. Just fantastic!!
